Drug-resistant STIs: A Regional Health Security Risk

As part of the Global Health Security Conference, GARDP is hosting a pre-conference workshop that focuses on the risks of drug-resistant sexually transmitted infections (STIs) such as Neisseria gonorrhoea and Mycoplasma genitalium to Australian and regional health security. An expert panel of clinicians and researchers will discuss the spread of drug-resistant STIs, diagnostic and surveillance tools, treatment regimens and guidelines, as well as the potential of new antibiotics and how to address sustainable access.
